2. Deposit & balance: tours and holiday packages

Once your deposit is paid, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms & Conditions. After payment you receive a voucher confirming your services. The invoice we issue confirms that both you and the company have agreed to the terms, rates, itinerary and other information provided.
3. Deposit & balance: Halong Bay cruise-only bookings

4. Children policy
Child rates apply to one child sharing a twin or double room or cabin with two adults.

5. Cancellation & refunds: tours and holiday packages
We would be sorry to see you cancel, but we understand plans change. The following charges apply:

7. Cancellation by Vietnam Tour Expert
Asia Travel Expert Co., Ltd (Vietnam Tour Expert) may cancel services for reasons of force majeure, including political events, health emergencies, natural disasters or flight cancellations. In these cases you are fully reimbursed for the cancelled services but cannot claim further compensation.
