Tour Information & Itinerary

The Mystic sampans are large private sampans run by TransMékong – the company behind the Bassac cruises – from the Can Tho market hall on the Ninh Kieu waterfront. Choose from seven day cruises: breakfast at the Cai Rang floating market, a breakfast, lunch or sunset cruise to a Khmer pagoda, a sunset sampan cruise, a dinner cruise, or a six-hour outing with lunch at a local home and an easy bike ride. Each sampan carries up to 24 guests and is chartered for your party only. Prices start from US$67 per person for two guests.

Good to know (October 2026): all Mystic sampan cruises are private – the price is per boat plus a per-guest meal or snack, so the cost per person falls as your group grows. Minimum 2 participants. Booked together with a Bassac overnight cruise, the day cruise is 10% off. Code VTE-MYS.
