Is the Hanoi City Group Tour Worth It?
Yes, especially on your first visit. In one day you see Hanoi’s most important landmarks in a logical order, with an English-speaking guide to explain 1,000 years of history – from the Ly dynasty’s Temple of Literature to the French-built Hoa Lo Prison – and no need to arrange taxis or tickets. The half-day option suits travellers with an evening flight or who want a free afternoon in the Old Quarter.
The trade-offs: you follow a fixed route with other guests, and the Mausoleum itself may be closed on your date. For your own pace and stops, choose our private Hanoi City Tour 1 Day.
